Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days
• Custom / made-to-order pieces may require extra time (we will inform you before confirming)

Shipping Inside Egypt

• Delivery is handled through our courier partner
• Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days (depends on city)

Shipping Fees

• Cairo & Giza — LE 75-85
• Alexandria — LE 100
• Other governorates — from LE105 to LE 150

Shipping fee is calculated by the courier according to location.

Try-On Service / Multiple Items

• We can send more than one item for fitting
• Fitting takes place in the presence of the courier delegate
• If the item does not fit or the customer decides not to purchase,
➡️ the customer bears the shipping fees

جميع قطعنا مصنوعة يدويًا بعناية، لذلك قد يحتاج تجهيز الطلب لبعض الوقت قبل الشحن.

⏳ مدة تجهيز الطلب

• يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 1 – 3 أيام عمل
• في حالة القطع الخاصة / الأور در حسب المقاس
➡️ قد تحتاج مدة إضافية (وسيتم إبلاغ العميل قبل التأكيد)

🚚 الشحن داخل مصر

• يتم الشحن من خلال شركة الشحن المتعاقد معها
• مدة التوصيل المتوقعة: 2 – 5 أيام عمل (حسب المدينة)

💰 تكلفة الشحن

• القاهرة والجيزة (من 75 الى 80)
• الإسكندرية — ‎(100)
• المحافظات الأخرى — ‎(نمن 105 الى 150

في حالة عدم تثبيت السعر بعد
اكتبي: يتم تحديد تكلفة الشحن بواسطة شركة الشحن حسب العنوان.

🧵 خدمة التجربة / إرسال أكثر من قطعة

• يمكن إرسال أكثر من قطعة لتجربتها
• تتم التجربة بحضور مندوب شركة الشحن
• في حالة عدم الشراء أو عدم ملاءمة المقاس
➡️ يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن
