Care Guide for Handmade & Embroidered Pieces
Our pieces are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. To keep them looking beautiful for years, please follow the care instructions below.
Washing & Cleaning
• Hand wash gently in cold water
• Use mild / delicate detergent
• Do not wring, twist, or scrub embroidery
• Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals
If machine washing is necessary:
• Use delicate cycle
• Place item in a laundry bag
• Wash separately or with similar colors
Drying
• Do not tumble dry
• Lay flat on a clean towel
• Keep away from direct sunlight or heat
This helps preserve embroidery threads and fabric texture.
Ironing
• Iron inside-out on low heat
• Avoid ironing directly on embroidery
• Use a pressing cloth if needed
Storage
• Store folded, not hanging (for knitted / heavy pieces)
• Keep away from moisture & sharp accessories
• Avoid contact with perfume & makeup

دليل العناية بالقطع اليدوية والمطرّزة
قطعنا مصنوعة يدويًا بعناية، وللحفاظ عليها لفترة أطول
يرجى اتباع إرشادات العناية التالية.
الغسل والتنظيف
• يُفضّل الغسل يدويًا بماء بارد
• استخدام مسحوق لطيف أو مخصص للملابس الحساسة
• عدم الفرك أو العصر أو شد التطريز
• عدم استخدام المبيضات أو المواد القوية
في حال الغسيل بالغسالة:
• يتم اختيار برنامج الملابس الحساسة
• يوضع المنتج داخل كيس غسيل
• يُغسل منفصلًا أو مع ألوان مشابهة
التجفيف
• عدم استخدام المجفف الحراري
• يُترك ليجف على سطح مستوٍ فوق منشفة
• يبتعد عن حرارة الشمس المباشرة
وذلك للمحافظة على خيوط التطريز ونسيج القماش.
الكي
• يُكوى على الجهة الداخلية وبحرارة منخفضة
• يُمنع الكي مباشرة فوق التطريز
• يمكن استخدام قطعة قماش فاصلة عند الحاجة
التخزين
• للقطع الثقيلة أو المحبوكة — يُفضّل الطي بدل التعليق
• يُحفظ بعيدًا عن الرطوبة والعطور ومستحضرات التجميل
• تجنب الاحتكاك بالإكسسوارات الحادة
ملاحظة حول الطابع اليدوي
قد تظهر اختلافات بسيطة في الغرز أو توزيع التطريز
وهي جزء طبيعي من جمال العمل اليدوي
وتجعل كل قطعة فريدة 🤍
